The cottage had a lovely cosy feel and was very spacious. It is decorated nicely throughout. It is also in a great location with lovely views and was very peaceful. However, there were areas where it looked a little worn and would have benefited with some improvement (marks on the walls, damp patches, broken light fitting, mouldy shower grout) There were also cobwebs in places and the stairgate was broken. We would stay here again because the cottage felt comfortable and is in a lovely location.

Convenient location for visiting Anglesey and North Wales. Comfy cottage with stunning views only improvement would be bedside tables and lights in twin room.

This is a lovely cottage with stunning countryside views from the lounge and kitchen window. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. My only negative would be that the mattresses need changing on the beds. Its nicely decorated with plenty of room. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor with a open plan kitchen, dining table and lounge on the first floor. A bottle of wine, chocolates, welsh cakes and a bara brith cake greeted us upon arrival. In the area there is a Tesco extra which is about a 5 to 10 minute drive away. Also Harveys an American restaurant is next to Tesco and Mc Donalds close by. Would definitely recommend Zip World, Portmeirion and the steam train ride from Porthmadog to Blaenau Ffestiniog. There is so much to do in North Wales with unspolit countryside and stunning waterfalls. We had a lovely time and would love to return one day.

Positives of this property: Great location Fantastic base for exploring Snowdonia Well equipped property Immaculately clean Great quirky layout to maximise views The one big negative was the mattresses! You could feel individual springs which made for terrible sleeps! Even the children who are a couple of skinnies commented on their beds being so uncomfortable. Otherwise this property would easily be 10/10. Would’ve been helpful to have some local information about the property and the area but we had a great time! Would love to return with new mattresses!

I cannot rate this place highly enough. Beautifully and comfortably furnished, immaculately clean, wonderful location with the north Wales coast, Anglesey and Snowdonia all easily accessible. Beautiful views from the upstairs living area and kitchen. Thoughtful touches on arrival. We were extremely fortunate to get the property at short notice for a weekend and will definitely be back for a longer stay. Our son and dogs also loved it.
