A spotless house in a great location. The accommodation was warm, welcoming and cosy - we loved it. Communication from the owner was first class and she ensured all of our needs were met. The location is ideal for accessing local attractions including Sherwood Forest and the Peak District including Chatsworth House. We will certainly return if we visit the area in the future.

We had the most wonderful Christmas break here, Judy was the upmost fabulous host she bought my children Christmas presents which they loved . Judy couldn't have been any more friendly , nothing was a problem I would definitely stay here again the views are amazing very peaceful location and the house is amazing it's vintage 1930's to a high standard with excellent modern bathroom and kitchen . I couldn't fault this place or the host I will return . Thank you Judy

Wonderful property - friendly, clean, comfortable, well equipped. Marvellous 30s decor with the bonus of all mod cons . Well placed for visiting a good variety of tourist attractions. Enjoyed a most relaxing break and would certainly return. Drivers of larger vehicles may find drive slightly awkward , but this is just a ‘heads up’ , not a criticism .
