The single storey property has been furnished and equipped to a good standard and is tucked away down a country lane in the beautiful Eden Valley. An abundance of wildlife is attracted to the water and the view through the large glass windows from the living room across the lake is delightful. Nearby is the traditional market town of Kirkby Stephen, which was the first town in Cumbria to be accredited with ’Walkers are Welcome’. There are many walking and cycling opportunities in the area, plus the famous and scenic Settle to Carlisle railway line runs through Kirkby Stephen. The Eden Valley is perfectly placed for touring the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, Teasdale and Durham, Hadrian’s Wall and the Scottish border. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
