overall an enjoyable experience . Don't think the heater in one of the bedrooms was working, although not needed. Very clean and reasonably well equipped. The book with instructions for various amenities was hidden away in a bookcase, rather than being on view. The lock on the bathroom wasn't working - this had been pointed out by some previous occupants quite a while ago. A Tea-pot would be a welcome addition to the kitchen equipment.

Very good value for money holiday home. Very comfy beds and plenty of equipment. A few things are a bit dated and in need of an upgrade, but this is reflected in the price I feel. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend.

Cold when we arrived - with storage heaters and no fireplace it took a couple of days to warm up No sharp knives in kitchen a bit of a pain

Badly designed and not user friendly, especially for families. The heating system dated and not effective, should be updated as some heaters don’t work. Had to buy cleaning stuff to clean toilets and the rug was covered in dog hair. Under the couch is sticky and dirty when I was retrieving the baby’s toy. “Ensuite “ with no toilet is not practical with more than one couple staying and creaking floors everywhere. Very disappointed.

Great location. House is in need of some updating. Plates/cutlery/mugs etc needed to be washed before use. No tea pot or sisscors. Second shower cubicle door seal hanging off and doesn’t close. Nice large garden

The published photographs flatter to deceive. Refurbishment long overdue. Poor decorative order. Could be very good if some rent spent on improvement.
