Small shared freezer. Wi-fi. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Shared 1-acre landscaped grounds. Parking 2 cars. Cycle store. Welcome pack. No smoking.Peaceful setting with countryside viewsPositioned on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds these two semi-detached holiday cottages both offer a very good standard of accommodation just 4 miles from the market town of Louth and 2 miles from Cadwell Park. Situated on a quiet country lane with private parking and enclosed grounds both cottages have views over open fields and make for an ideal spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. Louth boasts a market three days a week as well as an excellent range of shops and facilities including a theatre leisure centre and two 18-hole golf courses both within 4 miles of the cottages. With appealing walks and cycle routes straight from the front door plus numerous points of interest in the local area including St James gothic church Lincolnshire Wolds Railway and Cadwell Park Race Circuit to name but a few.     Really enjoyed a weeks stay at cottage. It was clean and tidy with everything you needed. In a very peaceful location and private just what we wanted. Enclosed garden for dog. Not far to a lot of dog friendly beaches.

    Chaplin is a compact well equipped cottage in a beautiful location. We loved sitting on the settee and on the patio, gazing at the wonderful views. Would definitely consider returning to this cottage.
