There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room on the upper floor, a twin bedroom on the lower floor, and a family bathroom on the ground floor. The bedrooms are both calm and decorated in muted colours. The double bedroom has patio doors leading to a shared courtyard and is well suited for relaxing. There is comfortable seating, a perfectly positioned TV and an en-suite shower room with a powerful shower. The second bedroom is smaller but perfectly formed with two single beds and a merry seaside feel to it, giving a reminder of the coast just a short distance away.
Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious open plan living area with a modern kitchen, dining area and comfy sofas in a living area that leads out onto a Juliet balcony. It offers views across the fields to the coast and beyond to Dumfries and Galloway, as well as views of the paddocks and trees with the fields. Take your time over breakfast and supper, sink into the sofas with a good book or enjoy the view.
