Amazing views. Friendly owners. Track very bumpy even at 5mph but the location made up for the track.

It would be hard, or impossible to better the views from this property, even in poor weather the living room patio doors still give you access to these. We stayed in October, my car is an old Mercedes SLK sports car, if we got there anyone can. Previous reviews mentioned the bed, we took a foam topper, no problem. WiFi, no, however I had 4G signal on EE, so no problem. The owners are there if you need them, otherwise you never see them.

We had an excellent week here! Loved it so much we'd move in if possible. The drive to this cottage was a bit bumpy and we didn't have a 4x4 but managed just fine. Absolutely peaceful and quiet, beautiful views. Hosts were welcoming and friendly and gave us the privacy we wanted. Also fishing around is amazing. People are lovely in Wales, everyone we talked to was genuine and friendly. We hope to return again and again and one day stay forever! Matt, Zdenka and Blue the Bengal cat

Superb location, plenty to do in the area around, great beaches and sheep, loads of sheep.

The location is spectacular views are worth the visit. Access for all but 4x4's is a problem as the track is very bumpy and high ground clearance is a must. The cottage is advertised as dog friendly (which is sort of is as dogs are allowed) but we were told we could not leave the dogs on their own so we had to take them everywhere, this is inconvenient if you want to go out for a meal or shop. The TV is tiny and really needs a larger screen whilst the mattress on the double bed is hard in the extreme (concrete springs to mind). The shower is noisy and low on power. The owners were very friendly.

Cosy and comfortable in a fabulous location. The place to go if you're looking for a 'get away from it all' holiday cottage.

The cottage has fantastic views and was very clean and tidy but I wouldn't rate it as 4* accommodation. The double bed was so hard that it was like trying to sleep on the floor, we ended up sleeping in the single beds which were ok but if there had been more of us this wouldnt of been an option. The shower was very poor and after a day spent walking its the one piece of equipment that needs to be at least half decent. We read several reviews of this cottage before booking and noted that people often commented about the poor condition of the "unadopted road", although we didn't let this put us off what the write ups fail to mentsion is that its 1/2 mile long! The middle section of the drive is still in poor repair, we were in a 4x4 and it rocked like a ship at sea when traversing these pot holes, you will need a vehicle with good ground clearance. Overall it is a nice place to stay but spoilt by the poor access road and some of the fixtures and fittings as mentioned above.
