All on ground floor Living room with wooden floordining roomkitchen. 1 twin bedroom can be double. Wet room with toilet. \n Gas CH elec bed linen towels and Wi-Fi inc. DVD. Elec cooker. Mwave. Wmachine. Enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Built-in BBQ. Parking 1 car. Cycle store. No smoking.\n This purpose built single storey holiday apartment complete with wide doorways and ramps offers a very good standard of accommodation. It is set in 11 acres of woodlands and countryside and close by is the Marriotts Way with its 27 miles of cycle and footpaths. The cottage is well positioned for touring with the Norfolk Broads and the unspoilt Norfolk Coast being within easy driving distance. Visit the fine city of Norwich with its superb facilities including the castle cathedral the Forum Museums and theatre. The city hosts two large shopping centres along with its traditional market and narrow cobbled streets. North Norfolk has some impressive NT properties that are well worth a visit Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall being two of the grandest.     Clover cottage was quiet, well equipped & comfortable. We explored the area & surrounding areas every day. Loads to see. Had a great time & would like to go back again as many other people have.

    Quiet location, excellent for dogs, safe garden space. Easy access to all that Norfolk has to offer. Very friendly staff who were happy to help. Property was well maintained and comfortable, well equipped kitchen for cosy nights in. Will definitely be back :)
