Couldn't fault this cottage and would highly recommend to friends and family. Perfect location. Lots of space we wasn't on top of each other. It was perfect for myself and 5 other girls. I'm so glad I celebrated my 40th here. The only downside was we had to come home ?

Club cottage is exceptional. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It is obvious that a lot of thought has gone into the comfort and needs of guests. The beds were very comfortable, in spacious bedrooms. The bathrooms are also roomy and modern. The kitchen area is great to cook in whilst chatting etc and provides for a great group dynamic. The TV has Netflix and there was a DAB radio and sound box to connect to. Car parking was a little tricky as the street can get full so it's necessary to keep an eye on things. The staff at Cumbrian Cottages were very helpful and responsive. The cottage is in an excellent location for access to bars, restaurants and all other local amenities. Overall, we had a great stay, the cottage is great to "come home to" after a long day of activities. Brilliant!

Great location, good size property with everything needed for 6 people. Only down side was parking - permit only for one car meaning that others had to park a distance away from the apartment. Not too much of a problem but you do need to know that beforehand.

This is more of a flat than a cottage and is accessed from a under passage entrance to a commercial yard. The flat / cottage is clean and decorated well throughout and in a convenient location. The tv did not work on arrival but was promptly replaced. The dishwasher did not work and although reported no one looked at it or offered any apology. Plug was not working in the bath which made bathing a 1 year old difficult. We informed the staff of this who said they would inform maintenance but did not seem bothered. Not one to easily complain but felt it was expensive for what we got (didn’t get).

A group of 5 of us stayed here for a short break apart from our respective spouses. Great location and well equipped for a night in with a take away, board games and a film. Very clean and comfy. Only, very minor, downside was the battery in the smoke alarm obviously needed changing because it kept beeping. I would suggest having some salt and pepper and maybe a few other basics in stock, as all the other self catering accommodation I have stayed in has basic condiments in to save people having to buy them in. All in all, fantastic apartment and would happily recommend it to anyone and stay here again.

As long as you are ok with stairs this is an excellent property close to all amenities and being situated at the top of a dead end street guarantees you peace and quiet. Book this property and look forward to a well finished, tastefully decorated environment. One of the best properties we have visited.
