All on one level, with a ramp access for less mobile guests, the lodge is bright and spacious with an open plan living area. There is ample space for everyone to relax with a cosy wood burner perfect for cooler evenings. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing hearty meals and snacks, and also has a washer/dryer for your clothes, bedding and towels. The patio door leads out on to a private deck which is perfect for al fresco dining.
Cluny is in a quiet rural spot yet only 20 minutes’ walk into Aberfeldy on the banks of the River Tay. The town has much to offer with a bakery, butcher, supermarket, local shops and cafés, bars and restaurants. An art déco cinema has a regular program of events running throughout the year and the town also hosts a farmers’ market and annual events such as the Etap Caledonia Cycle race and Highland games. Within a short drive you can experience the bustling tourist town of Pitlochry with it theatre, salmon ladder and tourist shops. This area of Highland Perthshire is well known for outdoor activities with white water rafting, fishing, golf, cycling and hill walking available nearby. Relaxing walks along the River Tay or follow in the footsteps of Rabbie Burn up the Birks of Aberfeldy you are always surrounded by beautiful scenery. Beach 7 miles.
