We had a great holiday at Clutter Cottage. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. It’s location a couple of minutes walk from Druridge Bay was excellent. Breakfast and dinner on the beach was great and our wildlife sightings of Avocets, Barn Owl and Seal pips on the beach was quite thrilling.

We had a lovely week at Clutter Cottage. It is in a beautiful setting and so close to the beach. The cottage itself was perfect; couldn't have asked for anything better. The dogs had a great time and the weather was amazing. Would love to go again!

A great cottage, well equipped and beautifully decorated and presented. The location is peaceful and quiet, and not far to Amble and beyond. Ideally located for the beach of Druridge Bay and the excellent Drift Cafe at Cresswell. Will definitely be back, hopefully soon. Also our two dogs were welcome at the cottage and the area in general was very dog friendly, with many shops, cafes and pubs being pet friendly.

A very clean and well presented property where the owners have put a lot of thought into catering for their guests. Clutter cottage was perfect for a break away.

Absolutely loved this cottage. 200 yards from a beautiful empty beach. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this without hesitation. We will be back soon

Just the perfect escape from the bustle of modern life! Proximity to the beach is fantastic and the position on the coast for visiting other places of interest was great. Excellent quality for a pet friendly cottage!

A cosy, comfortable cottage, 5 minutes stumble from a glorious beach and a doable walk from a very nice cafe. Lots in the area. Shame about the speeding ticket...

A definite must for those who welcome peace and quiet. The beach is roughly 8 minutes walk with beautiful golden sands. If you have a dog they'll love you for it!

Unfortunately our holiday was cut short due to illness of our pet dog,but the cottage was yet again, absolutely delightful. This is our second year in a row at Clutter Cottage, and it was just as beautiful this year as it was last year! We are very fussy customers and have been often disappointed by the condition of some of the cottages we have stayed in over the years.BUT with this lovely little cottage ,we have been really more than satisfied by all of its many amenities. It is squeaky clean,i’m a clean freak and love things clean and tidy, this cottage totally fits the bill in every respect. You couldn’t ask for a cleaner place to stay on holiday. For a cottage that welcomes dogs this is a rare commodity! Hopefully we will be back again soon, get a full week next time .We are delighted by it in every aspect ,and were not let down this year by the high standards set last year.We tell lots of family and friends about the cottage and the beaches etc,and give our 100% endorsement to Clutter Cottage. With our thanks and best wishes,Carol andGeoff Eley, and our lovely miniature schnauzer Barneyx.

A lovely, warm cottage beautifully refurbished and containing everything we needed. It's less than 5 minutes walk from the dunes and from a small lake full of wigeon. Great to visit early in the morning and at dusk. Within about half an hour's drive there's loads of interesting villages (eg Warkworth, Alnwick with its amazing Barter Books and Craster), castles and highlight of all, the vast grounds/house of Cragside where inventor/engineer Armstrong lived (now v expensive National Trust property - go for the day to get your money's worth). Nearest pub sadly isn't dog friendly, but The Drift Cafe is.
