The beach huts are set on the shore and a walk along the pier is a delight for all ages. Take a boat ride over to Coquet Island or enjoy a leisurely walk along to Warkworth Castle, only a couple of miles away, a picture postcard village steeped in history. Nearby Alnwick, famed for the castle and gardens, is a short drive as is the start of the Heritage Coast stretching all the way up to Berwick on Tweed AONB.
