Small cottage with space for 5 adults. Good heating, comfy beds with 2 bathrooms. Close to great pub with excellent food. Some issues : dirty microwave ,slowly draining shower, sockets in single room and wall lights in lounge not working limited outdoor seating and no obvious effort in recycling although we failed to open the outside bin.

Good space in this accommodation and an excellent base to explore Derbyshire. Sadly the cottage was not as clean as it could have been. We had to clean a very greasy extractor fan. Cooking equipment was very sparse, which is not good if it's a self catering holiday let. There was no mattress protector on the bed and the pillows were very flimsy. I found a pair of someone's pants behind the bedside table and sleeping tablets, ibroprofen and indigestion tablets in the bedside draw. The floors are tiled and no rugs were in the lounge space to make it more comfortable. It was such a shame as it could be really lovely. A little bit of TLC needed!
