    Bedroom 2: with two single bed and en-suite shower enclosure, WC and wash basin.

    Second Floor:
    Lounge / diner: with electric fire, Freeview TV, DVD and glass door leading to enclosed balcony with outdoor table and chairs; lovely views to the sea

    Kitchen:  with electric cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher.

    All fuel and power included.  Bed linen and towels supplied. Travel cot and highchair available.

    Car port at front door with parking for 1 car, additional on road parking outside the pub.

    Lovely town house with fantastic view along the coast and a few minutes walk from the harbour, restaurants and village centre. Upside down house is good for exercise as it takes a while to go the right way up or down the stairs. Only criticism is no wifi.

    Great location and good apartment facilities . A little more information on some equipment would have been helpful , e.g, heating systems, Very light curtains in main bedroom a problem from early morning on sunny days . Tricky front door lock from outside

    Have just got back from a week at the Dawson Beach House. The house has fantastic views and is ideally located. The house was very clean and had recently been redecorated and had a couple of new carpets fitted. The bottle of wine and chocolates were a nice touch when we arrived. There is everything in the house you need for a fantastic time. There were two heaters in the house that weren't working however after a phone call to the owners they were replaced within the week. We didn't have to suffer however as there were oil filled radiotors available until they were changed. We would definitely return.

    The only positive thing I can say about this property was the location: great views, parking, shops and pubs literally on the doorstep. However carpets were dirty, the cooking facilities were inadequate (only 2 small saucepans, 1 wooden spoon, non-stick pans but no plastic utensils, the hob was not able to keep pre-boiled water at boiling point to cook an egg, blunt knives with no sharpener), freezer so iced up that the drawers didn't fit properly, storage heater on ground floor not working, bed in double room described as king size was clearly not, sat on sofas in lounge most nights wrapped in blankets as it was so cold. With a bit more attention to detail this would have been an excellent property but in fact was sadly lacking in a number of areas hence the poor rating.

    The views from Dawson Beach House outstanding and location very central. The accommodation well equipped and comfortable. We went at the end of season but certain areas needed a little tlc particularly the ensuite shower. We would definitely stay here again.

    This is a well equipped, comfortable cottage in a lovely location. It was delightful to sit on the balcony and look out towards the Farne Islands and Bambrugh Castle.

    Clean, comfortable accommodation with excellent views out to the Farne Islands. Location was great, just a short walk into the harbour and town.Would return!

    The cottage was well located for everything Seahouses has to offer. The weather was mixed/poor so we did spend quite a bit of time in the cottage, cooking and eating local produce and enjoying the extensive views.
