First floor Livingdining room. Kitchen with wooden floor. 1 double bedroom with single bunk above for alternative sleeping. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. Second floor 1 double 5ft bedroom with Velux. \n Elec heaters elec bed linen and towels inc. Cot. Hchair. DVD. Elec cooker. Mwave. Dwasher. Wi-fi. Parking 1 car. On road parking permit provided. No smoking.\n With fantastic views to Lake Windermere and the Langdale Pikes this charming holiday apartment is laid out over 2 floors. The apartment is well situated to enjoy the superb attractions of Bowness-on-Windermere. Shops galleries delightful tea rooms restaurants and the Beatrix Potter Exhibition are all within walking distance. Stroll along the lakeside or relax on a leisurely cruise around Lake Windermere. Other activities include watersports cycling climbing or hiking in the Lake District mountains. The fells are within a 5-minute walk and the Brockhole Visitor Centre is a short drive.     Our car would not fit in the designated parking space (it’s a small SUV) Although there was a permit to be used for the main road again there was no space here on numerous occasions. Bowness-On-Windermere was extremely busy however if parking was better then would be ok.

    Absolutely fab place to stay. Had a bit of trouble working out the heating, but it by no means spoilt our stay. Would love to go back.
