We had a wonderful stay at Hazel cottage, the owners have every attention to detail sorted, from the most generous welcome hamper to leaving us a tiny table and chair set on the patio for our little girl, and then dropping in sunloungers when the weather got hot!
The cottage itself is lovely, clean and well equipped with everything you need to make it a home from home.
It is somewhere we would certainly stay again.
As previous speaker written,.. delightful views (incl Barn Owl to watch at Breakfast), for every help you need, Jean and Amy, Welcome package i have never seen before, a complete! Kitchen incl Washing maschine and sharp! knives, laminate floors (it feels more hygienic for me), and very very clean, hail and unhurt. Warm in Winter, because modern Windows and Heating System, (some Cottages especially in the Cotswolds you can`t visit when it is cold outside). You can reach Newcastle upon Tyne, Alnwick castle and Garden, and Beamish easily.

Superb cottage. Jean and Amy were there to greet us and couldn't have been more helpful. The welcome pack is a wonderful touch and makes you instantly feel like you have come home. Will definitely be back.
Hazel Cottage is in a lovely peaceful area. The views are delightful. Lovely patio area to relax with a glass of wine to take in the views. Jean the owner greets you on arrival with a very substantial welcome pack. The cottage has everything one requires for a relaxing holiday. It has easy access to all attractions. I would thoroughly recommend this cottage.
