    With superb views across the harbour and onto the island of Kerrera, this third floor apartment allows you to sit and watch the ferries leaving Oban for the Hebrides. It also has wonderful views of McCaigs Folly, bathed with spectacular lighting at night time. For those wishing to explore the west coast by day and sample the variety of restaurants and bars in the evening, it is in an ideal location with the town centre only a short walk away.
    Argyll is steeped in history, with breathtaking scenery and abundant wildlife. Visit unspoilt beaches, castles, museums and gardens, or take a short boat trip from the harbour to one of the inner isles, including Mull and Iona. Forest trails offer leisurely walks, or mountain biking and a variety of other outdoor pursuits are available. Glencoe, Fort William and Inveraray are easily accessed, and if you do wish to venture further afield, buses, trains and taxis are on your doorstep. If you prefer to stay within the town, Oban is home to a small cinema, whisky distillery and leisure centre.

    The 3 flights of stairs are well worth the view, which is stunning. Great location with lots of restaurants and facilities no further than a 10 minute walk. Recommend the lovely cinema and Potting Shed cafe!

    Very comfortable, well situated apartment. Unfortunately the dishwasher didn't work (we told Ann when she visited) and it would be nice to have a sofa to relax on rather than armchairs, but overall a very good standard of accommodation.

    Ferry View was perfectly situated in Oban town centre and surrounding area, very clean and spacious with all ameneties easily to hand. However the outstanding feature is the magnificent view from the living room and kitchen, the view over the bay and out to Kerrera and Mull are breathtaking.the brochure just doesn't do it justice. Ann was very friendly and welcoming, we couldn't have asked for a better introduction to the Highlands.
