A truly lovey place with lots of space, the bedrooms are fantastic with en-suits that are very luxurious. The master en-suite is bigger than the bedrooms that are offered by some places. It is set in a quite village with nice open views to the rear. The nearest shop / pub is a mile or so away in the next village. The only downside was that we could not connect to the WiFi and the 4g signal was poor and intermittent. Otherwise a very nice house in a good location.
The cottage is excellent.
There are two issues however which others have pointed out and that have still not been addressed: lack of information about the cottage; unusable wifi (the issue is not wifi but internet connectivity that depends on intermittent 4G).

A fabulous cottage in a great location. Truly luxurious and we will definitely return

The owner needs to sort out WiFi which has not been sorted since August. Especially given that the cottage is in an area with very poor mobile coverage. It made it very difficult to plan on things to do without Internet.
We only stayed over one night on our way to our daughters wedding, so had no chance to even get a walk around the area in. We would like to return to get to see more.
We really enjoyed our stay, it was so peaceful. The cottage was well equipped with good quality fixtures and fittings. The setting was lovely and there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. Must do's include- Mount Grace, Castle Howard, Ripon, Northallerton, Camp Eden, Richmond. There was no WIFI yet available despite it being advertised and we were only informed by the owner when speaking about the keys but we are sure that will soon be rectified. Would recommend it.
