A great property for large groups (we had 10 people during our week - average 8). Great for older children/young adults - especially if they are into mountain biking and walking. Good for dogs except there is no gate on the drive. No wi-fi and limited mobile phone signal (vodafone ok with 4G). Games room (pool, darts, etc) is great as is barbecue areaand veranda all round allows you to follow the sun! Newton Stewart near by with good supermarkets. Very peaceful setting and well maintained - a property with real character and space to relax.

Brilliant House in a stunning location... prefect for our group, it had everything we needed with the the bonus of the games room for the rainy days, looks like a brand new pool table and the little attached snug warms up lovely. We used the fire pit for evening round the fire, which was wonderful to sit and look at the merida of stars, the area is a designated dark sky area and you just need to look up at night to see why,,,truly amazing. We will return again and the communication with Karen was very easy. Highly recommend....
