All on ground floor Livingdining roomkitchen. 3 bedrooms 1 double 5ft 2 twin both with en-suite shower room and toilet. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. \n CH elec bed linen and towels inc. DVD. CD. Elec cooker. Mwave. Washerdryer. Dwasher. Freezer. Enclosed lawned garden and furniture. Parking 2 cars. Natural water supply from borehole. No smoking. NB There is a stream close to the property.\n Set on a working farm tucked away in a quiet location in the heart of the beautiful Wharfedale countryside. This detached single storey converted stables has been carefully refurbished to create a wonderful holiday home from which to explore the Dales. The historic town of Skipton with its Norman castle canal trips bustling market golf club and indoor swimming pool is only a short drive whilst the popular Dales village of Grassington is just 2 miles. Alternatively why not stay in and enjoy your surroundings - take a picnic down by the delightful brook which runs close by. Can also be booked with W41109 and W40780 to sleep 24 in total.     A really great place and suitable for my elderly mother and our 8 month old puppy labrador. Well equipped and clean. Would benefit from clearer instructions on how to get entry key, but this was minor and we really enjoyed ourselves in the cottage.

    Great for dogs with an enclosed garden and quiet lane to walk them. Good walking paths direct from the farm. We appreciated the welcome biscuits, milk and flowers.

    Location excellent plenty of walking right from the doorstep.A very short drive down the lane is a Spar supermarket, excellent choices, with a petrol station too. Plenty of wonderful sights to see in the car.The cottage has plenty of space throughout but the en-suite is small to the twin bedroom and the beds were pretty hard, but taking everything into consideration it suited our needs and our dog enjoyed the break too.

    Very pleased with our choice of this property which we found clean and well founded. At the time of our stay the owner appeared to be installing wifi, which would be a bonus. One minor item, some single quilts are dated and could be replaced.

    This cottage was lovely and secluded, garden good for dogs as closed in. As its on a farm there is a smell of silage quite strong at times but having stayed in similar accommodation before we guessed this.

    We had a lovely holiday. The cottage was spacious and comfortable. And the enclosed garden was just the ticket for our doggies. The only minus point was the carpark, as it was a bit small for all the cars from 3 holiday cottages.

    We left after just two days. The abandoned mop and bucket greeting us on arrival ought to have been a warning. The complimentary biscuits almost broke our teeth. The parking was problematic (too many cars in a confined space); the bedding would have been rejected by a charity shop; the standard of cleaning was abysmal (wipe marks throughout, neglected chrome finishes, dust everywhere, the oven was filthy); the teflon coating of pans was scarred (even after putting crockery, cutlery and utensils through the dishwasher we chose to eat out); the en suite bathroom was too narrow even for our slim figures; although the enclosed garden was attractive it offered no view of the surrounding countryside. The cottage has potential but is tired and unloved. This might suit the owner but has no appeal to holiday-makers wanting to enjoy a well-earned break.
