The cottage boasts a conservatory opening out onto a fully enclosed garden that overlooks the narrow gauge Welsh Highland Steam Railway, as it makes its way from the historic town of Caernarfon deep into the stunning mountain scenery of Snowdonia. Also within easy reach is the university town of Bangor, with National Trust Penrhyn Castle, and a wealth of golden sandy beaches both on the island of Anglesey and the Lleyn Peninsula. The area is perfect for walkers, with many local walking paths close by, including the Snowdon Ranger Path, a few minutes’ drive away, that takes you to the summit of Snowdon. Beach 8 miles.
