    Kitchen/Diner: With electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher; wall mounted TV, dining table and chairs and breakfast bar
    Utility: With washer/dryer and space for outdoor clothing. Door to integral garage for safe storage.

    First Floor:
    Lounge: With sumptuous comfortable seating, large Free view TV and DVD; door to balcony to enjoy the sea air.
    Bedroom 1: With two single beds and TV.
    Bathroom: With large spa bath, WC and wash basin.

    Second Floor:
    Bedroom 2: A family bedroom with king size bed and single bed, large TV, views towards the harbour and sea.
    Bedroom 3: With two single beds.
    Shower room: With shower enclosure, WC and wash basin.

    All fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and high chair available. Integral garage provides ample secure storage for bicycles/golf clubs/fishing equipment.

    Enclosed patio garden with furniture. Free on street parking.

    Harbour Lodge is idyllically situated only 100 yards from the harbour of Amble,’known locally as ’the friendliest port’. Nestled at the end of a stone built terrace, Harbour Lodge and its neighbouring property were added in recent years. Harbour Lodge provides contemporary and stylishly furnished holiday accommodation spread over three floors.
    The spacious entrance hall leads to a very well equipped dining kitchen on the ground floor boasting quality cherry wood units with many integral appliances. A separate utility area with washer/dryer also offers useful space for coats and outdoor equipment. On the first floor there is a bright and spacious lounge area with sumptuous seating to snuggle in front of the large TV and where doors lead onto an enclosed balcony area to take in the sea air and enjoy the views. A twin bedroom and luxurious spa bathroom are also positioned on this level. Two further bedrooms; one a spacious family room with views towards the sea and harbour and the other, another immaculately presented twin bedroom adjacent to a fresh shower room are on the top floor

    Excellent for a getaway and well located for access to the harbour side where you can find a small but excellent selection of artisan shops and restaurants. The property is very appointed internally and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed a seven night stay with a party of six adults, a toddler and a dog The outside space would benefit from a spruce up and new patio furniture, but was enclosed and secure for the dog We had two minor issues which were dealt with promptly. The Stair gate needed to be replaced and was straight away with a new one. The TV in the main room lost picture and was also promptly replaced with a new unit The property has a garage so would make a good base for mountain bikers, kayakers, motorcyclists etc Close to other towns such as Craster, Warkworth, Morpeth and Alnwick

    Lovely cottage, we had 5 adults and a baby and we had lots of room , we still had plenty of privacy with the two bathrooms on two different floors and we had plenty room for 3 cars to park outside. Amble is a lovely place with lovely people . I am from this area originally and now live in the Ashfield area of Nottingham, but I go back every year and every time I do there are new things and new businesses. It is an up and coming town for sure and this is the best cottage I’ve stayed in so far

    We had the most fantastic stay - comfortable, clean and very well equipped! Great position for exploring Amble and further! The wine and milk in the fridge were such a lovely touch - highly recommended will stay again and a huge thank you to the owner - Sheila and her daughter Sam!

    The cottage was lovely,in a perfect spot for all the great things on offer in Amble! There is plenty of space , it is comfy and warm. The owner kindly left treats for all of us, including the dogs, we appreciated her thoughtfulness. We would love to stay at Harbour Lodge again.

    Had a lovely weekend at the cottage. It was clean and comfortable a real home away from home. Great location, and lots to do in the surrounding area. Well definitely be back.

    Nice clean house but yard unswept and untidy. Freezer not working properly, loose and cracked tiles in hallway,no drainer area at kitchen sink. Lots of empty glass bottles in yard. Dangerous mirror propped up on bedroom floor instead of fixed to the wall. Points being made to improve this nice place. We had a good holiday and it’s ideally situated for the harbour and town .
