Nestled at the end of a stone built terrace Harbour Lodge and its neighbouring property were added in recent years. Harbour Lodge provides contemporary and stylishly furnished holiday accommodation spread over three floors. \nThe spacious entrance hall leads to a very well equipped dining kitchen on the ground floor boasting quality cherry wood units with many integral appliances. A separate utility area with washerdryer also offers useful space for coats and outdoor equipment. On the first floor there is a bright and spacious lounge area with sumptuous seating to snuggle in front of the large TV and where doors lead onto an enclosed balcony area to take in the sea air and enjoy the views. A twin bedroom and luxurious spa bathroom are also positioned on this level.     We had a Great stay here, and is a Perfect Location for all amenities, and Places to drive to.

    House was comfortable and clean and all the equipment we required. It was great to have good heating to combat freezing winds. The enclosed area was great for our dog as is the proximity of the harbour and beach. Excellent places to eat and very friendly people will entice us back. A few niggles about the house which includes the jacuzzi bath not working. It would really help to have larger mirrors in bathrooms for ladies who wish to do their makeup.

    Very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the two bathrooms on separate floors, but was disappointed that there were no charging points in them when my razor ran out of steam! Otherwise excellent with a nice welcome from the host.

    Lovely spacious house located at the center of Amble within walking distance of all amenities. Stayed with my wife, 3 children and mother and father in law. We all had a great time and are considering returning next year.

    Location is wonderful: near the harbour -although no views- and shops where we bought fresh bread everyday. Located round the coastal route with magnificent castles!

    Excellent for a getaway and well located for access to the harbour side where you can find a small but excellent selection of artisan shops and restaurants. The property is very appointed internally and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed a seven night stay with a party of six adults, a toddler and a dog The outside space would benefit from a spruce up and new patio furniture, but was enclosed and secure for the dog We had two minor issues which were dealt with promptly. The Stair gate needed to be replaced and was straight away with a new one. The TV in the main room lost picture and was also promptly replaced with a new unit The property has a garage so would make a good base for mountain bikers, kayakers, motorcyclists etc Close to other towns such as Craster, Warkworth, Morpeth and Alnwick
