    As a large family group of three generations the cottage was ideal. It was the best equipped cottage we have stayed in with ample space both indoors and outdoors for the children to play. There was plenty of parking for all of our cars. The location, by the river was very peaceful and we definitely had a "getting away from it all" feeling. However it was in easy reach of Skegness and the beach.

    Beautiful ... property, location, furnishings - everything about Harbour View is beautiful! Site management were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make our holiday perfect. The ‘collection of properties ‘ is well thought out ensuring privacy for each occupant whilst still having a lovely community feel. The properties sleep varying numbers and most families could be accommodated which means we can go back irrelevant of how many of us there are. Perfect venue for dogs ... as the manager said “it’s their holiday as well” and ours loved it. Miles of safe land to walk on and a lovely welcoming attitude from village businesses. The hot tubs are huge and very well maintained - tested daily and located with dignity and thought for users. Our property, which slept 10, was only recently completed and whilst the furniture was more than adequate, we felt the cooking/crockery provided did not meet our needs. We bought quite a bit and left some and would imagine the provision will build up over time. Standards are very high here and our expectations were well and truly met.

    Harbour view is a stunning property. Everything you need home from home for week away or short break. Caretaker is second to none nothing is too much trouble. Loads of space for everyone with beautiful furnishings. We will be back. Thanks again Family from Winterton x
