Wonderful quiet place, with lots of character. Peace and quiet, genuine. The cottage is lovely and big, with a spacious garden with birds, flowers etc. Everything you need, excepr for a dishwascher, is inside. Good wifi, television, books, dvd's, games, woodburner with logs etc, alle the necessary kitchen equipment. Bot most of all the hosts, Tania and Martin, are lovely people that will help you in any way and respect you privacy. At arrival, there were flowers ready, milk in the fridge, frech eggs from their own hens -you'll feel more than welcome. We were there with our two children (15 and 17), and we all had a great time. Very recommendable place!

We enjoyed the location and cottage. Homely feel, well equipped, great having log fire and wildlife around enclosed garden and owners very friendly and helpful,

A very quaint and homely cottage in the countryside accessed by narrow country lanes. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and left some delicious fresh farm eggs and a bottle of milk too. It was lovely to be able to listen to the birds and sheep. quite a well visited bird feeding table with woodpeckers and a nuthatch as well as the usual garden birds. The wood burner was a real treat and warmed the lounge wonderfully on those chilly nights. Thanks to being out in the country (and thinner curtains than I'm used to) I awoke with the dawn most mornings. Thank you so much for a lovely restful and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

A really cosy cottage in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The owner made us feel very at home, lighting a fire for us and leaving us eggs and milk. The cottage had everything we could want, including a never-ending supply of wood for the log-burner. We loved watching all the different birds visiting the bird feeder in the morning, and the evenings snuggled up round the fire were lovely! Thank you for a lovely stay!
