We had a very relaxing family holiday. Comfortable and there would be plenty of space for up to 7 people plus dogs. Quiet rural setting with easy access to Campbeltown for shopping. High quality fittings and a lovely welcome pack of local produce. Really helpful caretaker. Loved the area and will definitely stay again! ?

We have just spent a second week at High Ranachan for a family get together. We love it. Spacious accommodation in a tranquil setting . Plenty of space for the little ones inside and out. The caretakers put a sheep and her twins in the field beside the house just for our little ones to see and feed. We feel it's a very special place.,with nice little touches waiting for us ( Easter bunnies and colouring books included!) as well as provisions for us including lovely eggs from the farm .

A really lovely cottage, and very well equipped, we spent New Year’s Eve there, and had a lovely time, thank you for the little food hamper, and dog treats, they were much appreciated, as was the roaring log fire that Stuart had lit for us.

Lovely farmhouse in great location away from it all. Working farm with sheep who said hello each day, nice seeing the crops being brought in. Loved the pool table. Great area, with fabulous walking from empty beaches east, south and west and forest walks to the north, lovely loch short drive up the access road, nice eateries just a little bit different to the norm and Black Sheep Pub in Campbeltown. We wouldn’t stay again but only because we’ve done it. Last but not least Saddell Bay where the song Mull of Kintyre was filmed.
