We have stayed in many cottages around the UK and this was easily the best we have stayed in. Welcome pack was a nice touch along with all the other essentials provided. The cottage was very clean and beds really comfortable. The suggested walks and days out folder helped us plan our days and get the most out of the holiday. The eating out folder was also very useful especially the dog friendly page. There are two walks that pass the cottage which are both really nice, one towards Great Mitton and the other to Clitheroe Castle. Hope to return in the future.

Excellent find. We had a wonderful few days with our son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. The cottage is immaculate and exceptionally well equipped and very comfortable and cosy. An added bonus was the very generous welcome pack, such a lovely touch. Would highly recommend.

This is second time we have stayed here - a lovely cottage in a fantastic location. It feels like a real home from home with a bit of luxury thrown in too! The owners go the extra mile with a welcome basket with delicious goodies plus practical milk/butter/bread. In a lovely location- surrounded by countryside but within walking distance of Clitheroe with its shops/pubs/amenities. We will definitely be back again next year. Thank you!

Lovely cottage, very clean, all the amenities that u would need. A welcome basket was there upon our arrival and also milk, margarine and a loaf of bread, first time i've had that in a cottage. Only downside was nearest pub was 25 minute walk along the busy a59 or u could go thru the fields but weather wasn't great when we were there so wasn't an option, but if you don't mind driving everywhere its great place to stay.
