    Great instrcution on location; great welcome; excellent fresh scones jam and cream; comfortable well appointed lounge, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms; excellent crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils; great to have some pantry items; very good base for exploring the countryside north and south.

    We had a lovely break at Hollow Creek Cottage. It is everything you need for an enjoyable time away from home. The cottage is in a good location to use as a base or for travelling within just a few miles of the cottage. Lots of lovely things to see. Lovely hosts.

    Excellent base for exploring the surrounding area, really cosy and quiet cottage, just what you need after a day out, the owners are so friendly and the scones and tea they had left as a welcome was a lovely touch

    On entering Hollow Creek cottage I said "WOW". It was far above our expectations and has every piece of furniture/equipment that you could ask for. Albinas and Bryony were very helpful with local knowledge of walks, etc. I would recommend Hollow Creek Cottage to anyone.

    Albinas and Bryony were very good hosts, keen to ensure that we had a good experience whilst staying in their cottage and very helpful and supportive when required. The cream tea they left waiting for us was a very nice and welcoming gesture. The cottage is a great base from which to explore all that the area offers. If you're looking to stay somewhere in this region then Hollow Creek Cottage will not disappoint.

    Fantastic location for a peaceful few days. Best equipped cottage we've been to. Lovely landlords and the cream tea provide on arrival was the icing on the cake (so to speak)
