Enclosed lawned garden and furniture. Parking 1 car. No smoking.\n This ideally located modern town house is only two minutes from the golden sandy beach and harbour in this popular seaside resort. The tranquil village of Beadnell is ideal for watersports enthusiasts walkers or those looking for some peace and tranquility. Cycling walking or driving along this beautiful stretch of coastline allows you to view the magnificent scenery peppered with castles and villages. Horse riding golf and bowling can be found close by. A trip to see the seals at the Farne Islands is a must from nearby Seahouses. Banburgh is 3 miles and Alnwick famous for its castle used in Harry Potter and its water gardens is only 12 miles.     First visit to Northumbria, great location for visiting both north and south. The castles at Alnwick and Bamburgh are not to be missed. Lots of great walks and Cragside National Trust is well worth a visit. Jimbow lived up to its rating, very quiet area lovely and clean. Loads of books dvds and games and plenty of information on the area. Enclosed garden which would have been lovely on a sunny day. Will make a return visit to Northumbria and would stay here again.

    My son and I really enjoyed staying in this house. We would consider staying there again. The house is very well organised for a week's stay, hooks everywhere for clothes etc. The owners sent us a nice postcard before arrival, we found milk in the fridge (sadly, we had to throw it away as I am vegan) and shortbread biscuits on the table with best wishes from the owners. It was really nice. Overall house was very clean except the bathroom. I've spent 1.5 hour cleaning it before we could use it. The rest of the house was very clean. It was laminated note to leave it on towels or bedding if you don't use it. It is such a good idea not to waste water and energy unnecessarily. I always bring my own towels, sheets, duvets, pillows. We only use two sheets (put our sheets on the top). We had lovely holidays, thank you!

    Lovely compact house. Ideal for spending the week by the beach or as a base for further afield. There’s a small play park directly behind the house but was never too noisy or busy. Would’ve liked a smart tv for those inevitable rainy evenings in the uk and comfier armchairs but they are minor niggles. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

    A lovely, clean modern 2 storey house with driveway which was very well equipped with everything needed to ensure we had a comfortable and convenient week stay with no issues and a nice outside area at the back to sit out. The location is quiet and easy to find, as a great central location to visit places around that area of Northumberland including Seahouses which was closest for shops and eateries about 10 mins drive away as well as Alnick, the Farne Islands, Bamburgh which we visited. Beadnell itself is a quiet place with a lovely beach and just 1 convenience store, 1 busy pub as a high number of tourists / houses appear to be in the area and 1 smaller cafe/bar. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Jimbow and would highly recommend it for visiting the area.
