Very comfortable with a lovely garden and great pub next door. Loved the country park around the corner, hated the pathetic shower.

A lovely cottage with a big garden for our 3 dogs. Very good access to Sherwood Forest and Clumber Park.

Excellent cottage in a great location. Could just do with a few more large plates and pasta bowls but other than that had everything we needed. Great touch with the essentials been there on arrival. The cottage was very cosy and gave us a great relaxing holiday.

Very nice quirky cottage. Comfortable and warm. Good facilities with pleasant outlook. Good value meals at pub next door. Plenty of attractions within short driving distance. Watch out for slippery steps to back door!

Really enjoyed our stay at this cottage with grandchildren and dogs. It was better than I imagined, plenty of room and fully equipped. Extremely comfortable and a great position to visit all what Nottingham and Derbyshire has to offer - smashing!

We had a great New Years break in this lovely little cottage. It was very cozy and relaxing, the welcome pack and gifts were a nice gesture. The pub next was a fab, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff.

Another very enjoyable stay at the Jug and Glass Cottage. Our only problem was the stairs as Bob had undergone a total hip replacement at the end of August and so found them a bit of a struggle. Having said that, I had spinal surgery in November and managed them OK so ... The cottage was beautifully clean and welcoming as was the pub next door and the many locals we met there. Would definitely give this a great review and recommendation to others wondering whether to go there.

Perfect cottage in every single way, cosy, clean, super well equipped and one to return to again and again - pure bliss!!!

The Jug and Glass cottage is a great base for a holiday, situated near to loads of interesting places to visit and beautiful countryside. What's more, it is also right next door to a good pub serving excellent food! The cottage itself is amazingly well equipped. The owners have really thought of everything you could need and the cottage is comfortable and homely. A really great place to stay.

This is the second time we’ve been to the cottage and would go back again. Very relaxing, and could take our dogs with us.

Third year running we have stayed at the cottage and it won’t be the last, we love it there, everything we needed was provided and the dogs love the garden. The pub next door does lovely food and even let us take it back to eat in the cottage. The owners have listened to other reviews and amended the cottage accordingly eg. Grab rails on the stairs, and being able to open the bedroom window. Would highly recommend.
