Good sized cottage, parking maybe an issue in summer months, needs a bit of care, musty smell in main lounge, several cobwebs about, and paint off in places. Towels just standard size. Closed in garden was great for children and dog. Hot tub was clean and secure to prevent children opening. Lots of pots, plates etc. big cooker. A little disappointed no welcome pack, even a pint of milk would have been nice. Would recommend a stay here great area.

A really enjoyable stay, location is excellent and accommodation is spacious and fully equipped. It is a lovely character property.

The Kings house is a old property and does need updating , but we went with dogs and children did pay a lot it was in high season , it's a very good size , did have a problem with dirty towels and a dirty bed linen I did ring but but nobody decided to get back to me , it's was in a great location Beaumaris is a great town x

A great house for large families, we travelled with our 3 sons their wives and 5 grandchildren. Plenty of space and bathrooms to go round. Beds were comfy and rooms spacious. Lots of equipment and a separate utility room with washer and dryer. Lounges were comfortable although we spent most time in the family kitchen. In an ideal location to explore Beaumaris and the surrounding beaches. Car parking was close by and very reasonable. Some good restaurants nearby would recommend the Indian and the pub at the end of the street. The hot tub was a bonus a great way to relax. We had a great holiday. With a few extra touches I would have given 10 s all round. It is described as luxury however in places it is very tired, the garden area needs attention as does the garden furniture. Not many towels were supplied and there was not a BBQ that was fit for use. Could have done with some fans particulary in the attic room which was very hot and stuffy. Perhaps a phone call to check everything was ok would have been nice.

Great house with plenty of room for everyone. Sunny courtyard with lovely hot tub. Convenient location within the charming little town of Beaumaris.

Well equipped house with plenty of space. Having the extra fridge in the utility area was great & the kitchen was well set out. Also plenty of hot water & showers were nice & powerful. Only slight niggle is could do with a good dust & general clean. (could be due to someone being in just before us however if it can't be turned around properly in the time given then it shouldn't be let out with back to back bookings.) Also a house book didn't seem very up to date & not easily found. This are only minor things though & would not stop me recommending to someone.

Just had an issue with the hot tub tripping the electric many times - made it difficult to use.

Great place with lots of character. Massive hot tub although could do with some outdoor lighting. Comfy beds and lovely warm rooms. Excellent kitchen with loads of space and all the utensils you could possibly need. Only a few negatives - some showers don’t train very well, the WiFi connection / signal is poor and there is no nearby parking which is frustrating in bad weather. But overall we loved it and it was a fab home for our weekend.

Great place. Lots of room. Most bedrooms had on-suite. Two keys would have been handy.

A great 2 night stay for a friend's 40th. A spacious house in a great location. Only issue we had was there were no lights working outside so it was very dark around the hot tub at night but other than that we would return to Kings House.
