Please note There are 3 steps in the garden.\n Less than 5 minutes away from the beach at Seaford and with an enclosed garden Kingsway Court provides an excellent base for couples or families to explore the beautiful Sussex coast or South Downs National Park. The main bedroom on the first floor has a balcony which gives way to lovely sea views. Visit Seaford Museum housed in Martello Tower 74 one of 103 towers built to protect the coast from invasion during early Napoleonic times. The Seven Sisters Country Park which has working farms chalk cliffs and meandering river valleys provides excellent opportunities for walkers cyclists birdwatchers and canoeists. The classic cliff top walk one of the finest coastal walks in England includes stunning views including Beachy Head before descending into Eastbourne. Conveniently the number 12 bus runs from Eastbourne to Seaford and on to Brighton every 10 minutes. The port of Newhaven is 3 miles to the west bring your passport and take the ferry to Dieppe where September heralds the kite festival. Drusillas Zoo covering a 10-acre park Herstmonceux science centre Lewes Castle and the British Airways i360 Tower in Brighton all make for memorable days out. There are 2 good golf courses close by.     kingsway court is very well placed for visiting the sussex coastal area nice places to visit not to far away , the property is within 10 mins walk to the beach or town seaford is a good clean and quiet town to stay at you feel safe walking around the area no matter the time of day or night. we enjoyed our stay and the house is pet friendly.

    The house is walking distance from shops, pubs and the sea and is really well located, despite being on a main road. The garden is very secure for dogs and is pleasant to sit in, with some lovely plants and shrubs. Sadly for us, we didn't find the beds very comfortable, despite trying them all out, and the pillows and duvets didn't seem to be of a good quality. The house was clean overall, but some of the kitchen equipment was greasy or grubby, and we had to wash it before use. The shower and bathroom worked well, and the downstairs loo was a bonus. We struggled with the three piece suite as the seat cushions slide forward on the reinforcing plastic supports. I think the suite needs replacing. It was good to have off road parking behind the house, but there's no direct access to the house - it means walking about two hundred yards. There is layby parking on the main road, but that is down a slope, and involves a 40 yard walk approx - which is the nearest you can get the car to the house for unloading. The two upstairs bedrooms are a good size, and the balcony was great for watching the sunset. Just across the road is a really good fish and chip shop, and a convenience store. And there's a pub just on the corner.

    My family and I had a really lovely time at the cottage; we were very very sad when we had to leave. The location is fantastic as you within restaurants and a lovely beach. The house itself is a very good and comfortable size. We're a family of 5 and we didn't feel cramped at all. We would be more than happy to return to the cottage and thank the hosts for being really kind to our family.
