Just a short walk from the cottage is a pebbled beach and access to the Wales coastal path with fabulous panoramic views across to Anglesey and the Lleyn Peninsula.

Historic Caernarfon is within easy reach and is home to the Welsh Highland Railway, providing a spectacular narrow-gauge steam journey to Beddgelert and Porthmadog. Caernarfon is also home to its mighty Edward I castle and a fine selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Clynnog-Fawr is situated on the outskirts of the Lleyn Peninsula and due to its central location it affords easy access to the wonderful sandy beaches and lively seaside villages of Nefyn, Pwllheli and Abersoch.
