At the back of the property, there is an enclosed patio area with a seating area as well as a lockable shed which can be used for cycle storage, or for other outdoor equipment such as paddle boards. Up on the first floor, you have a double bedroom as well as a bunk bedroom with a single bed over a sofa/double bed. There is a family bathroom which has a bath with a shower over. On the second floor you have a family room under the eaves, this is a spacious room with a double bed as well as a small single bed, and even a sofa up here where you can unwind with a good book. With the choice of many beds this property is flexible for different families as well as friends travelling together. The owners also provide two small dogs bowls and a dog towel. The property is perfect for a car-free holiday as everything is within walking distance. The cemetery at the end of the road is also ideal for quick dog walks.

A short stroll and you are on the North Bay where there is the sealife centre, here you can find out more about the coastal and see the rescued seals. You can walk from here all the way along the promenade from the quieter North Bay to the livelier South Bay. It is a lovely flat walk so great for all ages to have a stroll along the seafront. The two bays have lovely, large sandy beaches making them perfect for your family holiday. Peasholm Park is also close by, where you can hire pedalos and rowing boats to go around the lake and see the stunning gardens.
