Situated back from the road between Sandown 2 miles and Ryde 4 miles both renowned for their popular sandy beaches and family entertainment. It is an ideal holiday base for exploring many attractions the rich variety of local scenic walks across countryside to the chalk downland and the stunning coastline or if you prefer relax in the large garden and simply savour the lovely view.     We had a lovely week at Moles Leap, the accommodation was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Beautiful views from the back of the house and a very nice garden. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

    This is the second time we have stayed here, albeit the last time was 13 years ago! It's a great little place with a nice garden for the dog. It is within walking distance of a few pubs and eating places. The bus stop is just down the road as is the train station. There is everything you need in the place should you decide to stay in.

    We would not stay at this cottage again, due to Building work carried out while we were there, the whole shared garden was dug up for drainage pipes which if we had known we would not have booked. apart from that it is not dog friendly dog could get into both gardens on both sides, very busy noisy road, the parking really difficult to get in and out off,at the bottom of garden deep drop to railway line.
