We found the cottage clean, well equipped and comfortable. The owners, Linda and Norman were very helpful and friendly and the welcome pack was much appreciated. The only drawback to this cottage, was the extremely busy A148. For that reason alone, we would hesitate before booking this property again.

Hospitality from the owners was fabulous. We were greeted on arrival and given additional contact details, just in case and seen off at the end with best wishes. The house was beautiful and well equipped. No complaints at all.

Great place to see the area, provided you have a car. Not far from the local seaside resorts.
On the main road, but little or no traffic can be heard in the bedrooms which are at the rear of the property. No village amenities in Sculthorpe, apart from a superb restaurant. Fakenham just 5mins away, so can get all you may want there. Would need to drive to dog walking areas if like us, you have a pet but we did not find this a major problem.
Very good cottage, plenty of room in open plan living area and bedrooms great, with the added advantage of being en-suite.

Cottage was very clean and tidy. A welcome pack was there upon arrival and had all the bits you could immediately need. Very close to main road. Aunt and husband not too keen on that. Beds were really comfortable/loved that. Kitchen was well equipped. Settees were really uncomfortable. 81 year old husband/77 year old aunt really had problems with them. This is only an observation/not a fault. Many others will find the sitting arrangements suitable.

This is a very comfortable and well- equipped property and we enjoyed our stay very much, but we were a bit disappointed that it was so near such a busy road. Access to the village on foot was awkward.
