Chalet was well equipped, very clean, spacious and comfortable; although we did find the shower water pressure an issue, but apart from the there were no problems with the interior! - However we were disappointed with the appearance of the surrounding ground; upon arrival, grass was very long, and the site seemed unorganised looking out from the chalet. Grass was cut on our second to last day, with some equipment left by the car parking space for most of the day. Sheds by the chalet were worked in on our last two days here; we had no problem with this, however their two large transit vans were parked very close to the chalet, which we felt heavily affected our privacy and made for an unsettling last two days of our holiday. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would of preferred some notification or prewarning of people using the sheds nearby.

Comfortable and lovely location. Showers terrible, no water pressure. Had a diasabled person with us that could not use the bath, very difficult. Heating had to be asked for and only 2 hrs in morning and evening. For what we paid would have expected better.

Good location right on the river, local supermarket just up the road which is a 5 minute drive to Tesco the town of Stalham and a petrol garage, accommodation has plenty of room which was for 4 adults and 2 teenage children.kitchen was well equipt, dinning table.and lounge area was comfy. Kitchen was modern and the rest of the property was a little dated but clean. There was a rowing boat which you can use which the kids used there are also life jackets in the property. The only negative comments is the showers the water pressure was poor and needs attention this could put people of returning as most people like a good shower after a long day out and about, also the TV could do with updating a little old not that we watched it much but every now and then the children wanted to watch the TV but it done its purpose.Boat hire is a short walk around the corner from the property, yarmouth is a approx twenty minute drive, cromer about the same time.would return.

An amazing little gem. I fell in love instantly. Loved the wildlife, being able to fish on our door step and being able to relax didn't want to leave. Property has everything you need but Wi-Fi would be a bonus espically having teenagers with us. Can't wait to book up for next year.

Lovely cottage in a quiet location. Very clean, well appointed kitchen. Let down by very poor showers, neither of which could be used reasonably for adults or children to wash. Also a washing machine would be a handy addition in my opinion.

Fantastic place. Well equipped; great location; comfortable and clean. One down point is that the performance of showers is pretty poor.
