A lovely cosy cottage, even bigger than it looks on the website. Excellent under floor heating, with the log burner option as a brilliant extra! Would certainly recommend and book again. Richard & Jenny.

The cottage is in a fantastic location and has everything you need and is well equipped. The beds are large and super comfortable and the log burners and underfloor heating make it lovely and warm . It is nice to stay somewhere without does and don’t messages pinned everywhere and wifi works fine. The garden must be a lovely spot to sit and have a bbq in the summer. Unfortunately the only thing that spoils it is the parking “ war” . We couldn’t park opposite the cottage due to the neighbour taking up two spaces deliberately and not being able to squeeze in behind his because of a sign saying no parking because of access problems for the adjacent cottage and refuse trucks ( Tuesdays). We parked as advised around the corner only to come back and find a car parked in that space and not being moved. Parked in lay-by on busy road to come back and find that was now taken up. If you park down on the harbour watch the tides as it regularly floods to quite a depth. It is very awkward unloading and loading up but you don’t have issues with parking it a beautiful cottage to stay in.

Plenty of space for us to enjoy (variously) watching cricket on TV, cooking and eating, playing board games inside sitting outside in the sunshine. That is when we weren't out and about. Beds comfortable, cottage clean and well equipped. Parking outside a bit of a problem: if the neighbour had not deliberately parked directly in front of the cottage right in the middle of the space it would just have been possible to park our cars outside as suggested. As it was we used the layby on the main road and the small car park next to the path down to Quay Street.

This was our second visit which says it all. A well appointed cottage, well placed for this area. On road parking is a bit of a problem but if your hand-brake is okay, no worries. Four adults and a 10 month old child, it suited us fine.
