Located down winding lanes (if you don't like these don't go to Norfolk!) only 10 mins drive from Sheringham. Gresham is a lovely quiet place . The cottage is easy to find with space for 2 cars off road. It has a beautiful garden with garden table & chairs on small patio + small lawn. The cottage has been modernised to a good standard without losing its character .Living/dining room was lovely ,good picture on TV and good WiFi. Nice kitchen with everything we needed. Small separate WC and a lovely clean tidy bathroom with a good shower. We really enjoyed staying at Primrose cottage and can't think of any negatives and look forward to a return trip.

Nice comfortable cottage everything needed is there. We were disappointed with the welcome pack or lack of it, it wasn’t up to standard of other English country cottages we have used. Extremely quiet location.

Great cottage me, my partner and the dog all loved it. Very cosy and everything you needed was there. Very good location as not far from the shops/ beach. Woods near by also to walk the dog! Highly recommend!

My only criticism would be now it is a bit colder the night storage heaters done quite have the muscle and it gets cold in the eve , portable heater very useful but meant bringing it up and downstairs.i know there is a wood burner , but we have one at home so didn’t really feel like messing about getting logs etc Otherwise couldn’t fault the property

Lovely cottage - a little bit cold in the bedrooms when we first arrived and not much hot water but that improved over time. But overall a lovely stay thanks very much !

Pretty cottage with quality furniture. Comfortable and in a very quiet and peaceful area. Walks from the door for the dog, also very close to Sheringham and Felbrigg Hall. Nice log burner for the cold evenings.
