It was an amazing stay and only 10 minutes by car to local shops, swimming, Swallow falls, The Stables Pub which does great food and some lovely little local shops and lots of trekking shops. It was far enough to feel like you were alone in the middle of nowhere even though everything was a short drive away. The cottage was homely, comfortable and clean. The children loved the playroom and I adored the log fire and master bed. Tom and Sarah were very helpful when I had questions. On arrival, there was fresh milk in the fridge and the tea set was on the table ready with welsh biscuits which I thought was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this cottage.

Great location for getting around. House is lovely, really comfortable and the views are amazing. Really have no negative things to say.

one of the best located cottages of the many we have booked over the last twenty years. Although no local amenities this in no wat affected our stay

We had a lovely stay at Rhydlanfair. Helpful hosts, lovely location, everything we needed. Also a wonderful round walk (couple of miles) specially put together around the cottage. Nice surprise to find a pool table and games in the basement.

Wonderful rural location a short drive from amenities at Betws-y-coed & great base for exploring the area. Enjoyed the farm walk, great games room & pool/leisure facilities in Betws - ideal if the weather takes a turn for the worst!

Spent a week in the cottage. Great location to explore Snowdonia and North Wales. Cottage had everything a family with two young boys could need. Will return in 2020

I’m 6’2 so the bed was short! Otherwise all great and the owners/hosts were congenial.
