A very homely cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Peaceful location with lots of wildlife around to watch. The hosts were friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the area. We would recommend renting Frosty the day launch to explore the area by water.

Fantastic place great hosts and very attentive but not intrusive the only thing that should have been made clear we’re the additional charges for the internet as there was no mention of charges on website

Fabulous cottage for a relaxing weekend away with friends. Kitchen and dining area with it's huge table was perfect for a group of 8 adults. Lovely to be able to sit by the river, feed the swans and catch fish.

Riversdale Cottage is the place to stay at if you like a touch of luxury for your holiday. We booked the cottage because of the location by the river so we could fish from the garden and the fishing was good but so was the peace and tranquillity of the area. There is not much actually on your doorstep, there is the pub and general store a short drive away but Horning and Wroxham are within 15 to 20 minutes drive with their shops, pubs and restaurants but nice not to be right on your doorstep. We would highly recommend this cottage for a relaxing holiday. Andrew and Marion are very good hosts being available if or when needed. Great cottage, great holiday.

Wow, we have stayed at several properties along the broads and, this was by far the best, without a doubt. The quality of the property, the cleanliness and the overall feeling of being welcomed was outstanding. Have already booked the next one there. Although I rated a 10 for local amenities, it must be said that apart from a village store and pub there’s not too much, but for us there was everything we would want, river, walks, wildlife etc. Hence for us this was a definite 10 too. Absolutely superb!

An amazing weekend for my parents 40th wedding anniversary, they had an incredible weekend along with the rest of our family. Beautiful home in beautiful surroundings, our own little piece of luxury for the weekend, thank you so much.

Riversdale Cottage is a peaceful, secluded retreat on the banks of the River Ant. The cottage is perfect both inside and out. Outside there is ample parking, undercover table tennis, informal gardens leading right down to the waters edge and a variety of seating options - my favourite was at the waters edge watching the boats and the wildlife. Inside there is a spacious kitchen and fabulous large dining table. The lounge is comfortable with ample seating for everyone and a fabulous wood burner (plenty of logs available). Upstairs has a lovely open landing and a beautiful dolls house. The master bedroom and adjoining family bathroom are extremely spacious and the remaining bedrooms are perfectly adequate with the en-suites being very functional but quite small, especially in the twin. The added bonus to the property is the use of 'Frosty' the picnic motor boat. Andrew and Marion are perfect hosts, always available but never intrusive. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone, you would need to take extreme care with young children, but if you are looking for a comfortable 'away from it all break' Riversdale Cottage would be perfect.

I don't want to give this a good review as I want to keep it all to myself!!! Wonderful holiday.

A larger than expected and stunning house and garden in a quiet and beautiful location. We also rented the boat for a week which was great fun as we could come and go as we liked (including a Tescos run by boat) The garden has a football net, ping pong and darts which the kids (age 12 and 10 ) enjoyed. We also appreciated the Tassimo Bosch coffee maker. We didn't really use the car much(ample parking) so would recommend bringing provisions with you rather than having to go shopping! Has a standard fridge freezer and plenty of storage. Good walks and bike rides and plenty to do. Would definitely recommend.

We were a group of 4 couples, we all had a very relaxing break enjoying the garden and river! Thank you for having us!
