No smoking. \n\n Set right on the promenade of Spittal’s sandy beach enjoy fabulous views across Sandstell Point and along the coast from the big picture window which floods light into the open plan living space.     The location is absolutely amazing. You can sit in the window and just watch the waves. I brought a bike and there is a nice dry lockable garage to keep it in. It’s a pleasant ride/walk into Berwick-upon-Tweed and as we were lucky with the weather my bike got quite a lot of use. Listening to the waves while you’re in bed is a sure way to get lulled off to a good nights sleep. And if you’re up early the sunrise is amazing.
