Nice accommodation. Only two showers in the property (master en-suite and downstairs shared shower/toilet - main bathroom does not have a shower over the bath) not ideal for 8 people sharing.

Just terrific. Super location, view and amenities. Weather could have been kinder but that's not really what you go to Skye for! We'll be back :-)

We had a fantastic experience. The cottage, the view, the hosts, the location, the hikes, people we met there, the Old Inn food, the Talisker Neist Point... everything was perfect.

Kitchen really well-equipped, spotlessly clean, simply stunning views and outlook, feels a little unfair to grade on amenities as not sure you really would go here if you wanted a Co-op round the corner! However, Munro's bar has great food and ambience - in walking distance, and places in Carbost to pick up supplies and coffee - all worked for us as family of 5! Again, bit of a first world problem I feel, but it does need roller blinds in living space - I would love to return in summer but the solar gain is very high so after a day on the mountains, it can feel that you are returning to an uncomfortably hot greenhouse - would be nice to be able to control this during the day when out without blocking out the views - therefore unfortunately will be booking elsewhere for summer, which is a shame! All in all, a fabulous stay!

Wonderful time spent getting away from it all. Enjoyed walking and returning to stunning view and wood burner to keep away winter chills.

Wonderful house, although it was more out of the way than first anticipated! Expensive to rent but will certainly pass onto friends. Beautiful location. Does need a few kitchen basics such as a measuring jug and casserole dish and annoyingly no basics like salt and pepper or dishwasher tablets for the machine. Ended up leaving them the box. The wine and snack basket was a much appreciated gesture. It may be helpful to mention only mobile signal is o2, no other mobile signal available near the house so a wonderful location to get away from everything.
