There was no information for the guests. Usually there is a folder/book with information about microwave etc, local places of interest, wifi code. There was intermittent wifi but we weren't given the password. The ceiling light outside the bathroom came on with movement and stayed on for an unnecessarily long time. There was no bath mat. There was no one to hand the key to on leaving the apartment. No answer when knocked at the door, and phoned. I shall not be returning.

Very nice place ,we booked this place because of the location ,as we wanted to spend time in Bridgnorth and Cleobury . We will be looking to book again for next year

Really lovely barn conversion next to a lovely country pub which was very cosy and welcoming. The barn could’ve been better equipped with more kitchen utensils, hairdryer etc. but the barn itself was very comfortable. Location was perfect for us but the only thing you could walk to was the attached pub, everywhere else was a drive away.

what a lovely flat/apartment , we stopped in the bottom one , it was a beautiful place, there are a couple of minor issues if you go for a no 2 on the toilet it takes 4 or 5 flushes to get rid of the paper ect, you dont have any tongs for when your frying food , . the last night we were there some body was up above in the top flat and you could here everything the talking to them walking on the floor they need to sort out sound proofing and fast , ............ only stop in the bottom flat if you are deaf or dont mind noise, we had our dog with us and he was going mad at the noise , we would never stop here or in any flat/ apartment ever again,,, it would also help if there was a sweeping brush to sweep the floors, and where are all your recycle bins

I assume that the owners are new to renting the property. The property itself is lovely. Things that needed attention was the WiFi was unpredictable. Only 1 dish cloth, 1 Teatowel, no kitchen roll, 1 toilet roll provided. Could have kept going to the pub for replacements but there should be adequate supplies for the week stay. There was no rubber mat or anti slip mat for the bath so you could have a shower. The toilet bowl and seat were very small and very low. There is a light that goes on when you approach it outside the bathroom, which was good but it stayed on for 15 minutes, instead of going off after a couple of minutes. The green lights that stayed on during the night in the bedrooms were too bright, I gather they must be a safety feature but still too bright.

We arrived to the fridge and toilet and toaster not cleaned. This was not acceptable !.Thee cottage itself was very nicely decorated but lacked dishes to serve and roasting tin. We did not realise that the cottage joined on to the back of the pub !!!! Location was deceptive as it was on a main road.We have been to many lovely cottages but will not be back to this one.
