    Only one drawback and that is because of our age. There were two flights of stairs to carry luggage up, which, if we had benefited from a view , would have partly compensated but because of the height of the trees outside the property, the view was obscured. Otherwise, a clean, comfortable little apartment. Would stay again in this complex in a differently situated apartment.

    Found the apartment in much need of a couple of coats of paint to re vitalise it, shower in main bathroom is very poor, slow and inadequate flow, didn't use it after 1st day. Kitchen dated with cheap noisey slamming doors, which comes regularly from upstairs and downstairs apartments. Doors to wardrobes banging from up and below too, all hours, overall very noisy neighbours, we ain't used to that as we live in detached property. Whlist cooking breakfast we noticed the cutlery was dirty along with other utencils. there are dirty finger marks on all doors and wardrobe doors above handles, cleaners need to do more thorough and detailed clean on change over.light switch for rear shower adjacent kitchen entrance is filthy and wall around it. Front door very rickety and draughty, still doesn't seem safe when double locked, should be upvc as windows.
