4 bedrooms with 3 single beds and 2 double beds and only 1 of those beds any good. For the sake of a few hundred quid per bed the owner should really replace these uncomfortable worn out beds.

Have stayed in this property many times over the past 15 years with the same group of people. Very little changes to the property/furniture which isn't an issue other than the mattresses. These are definitely all in need of changing! We said the same three years ago when we last stayed and so were disappointed to find this hadn't been addressed.

Really well located for amenities and great local park.

We enjoyed a week in Penzance in July. The house is situated next to Mohaab gardens and a short walk to the sea and jubilee pool. It is also well situated for exploring Southern Cornwall. The house itself is a period property and provides ample space for a family. With great views out to the coast. It appeared that new carpets had recently been fitted. The kitchen and bathrooms are all rather tired and in need of refurbishment. Both also in need of a more thorough clean. Most of the beds seem to be ok. The double bed on the top floor though is unbelievably creaky. Every movement you make makes the bed creak and groan. This is no good if a) you require a relaxing comfy nights rest on holiday or b) if like me you are still having to go through to resettle a toddler back to sleep multiple times a night! Every time I returned to bed the noise woke my husband, to the point where it was more comfy all round for me to share the single bed with my young son. I would say this property was functional for a family visiting the area, rather than anything more.

This house was a great location, near the town but it wasn't loud. You can see the sea clearly from the house which was lovely. For a dog owner the little park right outside the property was great. A good location to explore the whole west coast area of Cornwall. Nice to have so many floors in the house. Good for a group who want to cook for themselves. We had a great time.
