Beautifully presented property with the best restaurant in Mousehole just downstairs. What could be better?!

What a lovely flat! We had a very cosy time in the heart of Mousehole, and we were pleased to be provided with a fully equipped kitchen and logs for the burner.
The only thing worth considering, especially if you're a family, is that the restaurant and kitchens downstairs operate until late, which makes the flat very noisy through the floorboards. The most affected room is the second bedroom, which is a pane of glass away from kitchen porters who must do their recycling and cleaning until midnight.
All in all, the flat is a fresh, light and airy space that looks over the harbour. It couldn't be more central, and has a telly, dvd player, and even complimentary wine and milk! I can't fault the location or flat: but beware the evening/night time noise.

A lovely clean and comfortable flat above an amazing restaurant with lovely staff. Downside was the clock tower next door and very central location meant it was noisy in the evenings. Fine for adults but I would not recommend for babies/ small children as they were constantly woken. Also could do with better hot water and shower. All in all a lovely trip but could have done with some more sleep!
A really fabulous apartment with everything on the doorstep. Convenient for St Ives, Newlyn and Penzance...if you're arty, it's the best location!
View of the harbour from kitchen and lounge make it special.
Beds are comfy, lounge and kitchen are just right for our group of 3.
Loved the decor.
Would definitely come again.
A wonderful apartment within a stunning location, with the staff just a moment away downstairs to help, booking in the restaurant below is a must the food is sensational. It can get a little noisy in the evening from the restaurant below until around 10pm but this is to be expected staying above a popular restaurant. If your looking for quiet this isn't the right place but if you don't mind a vibrant atmosphere and happy to watch the world go by on the harbour with amazing sunsets this is for you.
We had a lovely stay in The Boat Watch. Highly recommend! The food delivered to the flat from the restaurant below was brilliant.
Just the perfect getaway
Loved the Boat Watch, perfect spot on the harbour! Apartment very clean and well kept, with added sense of style and luxury. Very relaxing place to unwind (especially out of season) it was great to people watch, and see the village in its daily life. With the added bonus of delicious food just downstairs!
this was the 3rd time of staying at the Boat Watch. Such a lovely comfortable place to stay. with the bonus of the restaurant down stairs where the food is excellent.

Another super holiday in this lovely flat and enjoyed every minute. Right opposite the bus stop, so, although I didn't have a car, I had no problem in getting around. Lots of help and great service from Joe and his team in the restaurant below, and really enjoyed the offer of having my delicious meal brought up to the flat for me to enjoy as I 'people-watched' from above. Top marks!

I was disappointed staying here. It wasn’t a quiet location and could hear constant noise from the restaurant below. Difficult to sleep at nights before midnight when the banging and crashing downstairs stopped. No logs for the fire even though the book said additional logs could be purchased implying there would be logs there in the first place. Bathroom stank constantly of fish from the restaurant below. Chairs in need of a clean could see dirty marks over fabric. Terrible value for money would not recommend or stay here again. How it has such glowing reviews is beyond me. But then I guess you won’t publish the bad ones!
Excellent acccommodation for a small young family
We absolutely loved our stay, the accommodation is lovely, the views over the harbour are beautiful. The restaurant downstairs is fabulous. Our children loved it, we will definitely be back.
All sorts of awesome. A wonderful relaxing place to stay, well appointed and with a great central location and lovely view. The room service is a big bonus as the food is delicious!
The apartment is above 2 Fore Street restaurant and the staff in there are the most friendly and helpful I have ever come across. Equipment was basic, e.g. only 4 of everything in cutlery, glasses etc, and no dishwasher, but understand that the kitchen area is only small. The position in Mousehole couldn't be better. I thought it was overpriced even for high season. Parking is a serious problem in August.
