A lovely cottage set on a friendly farm..beautiful views over the fields and hillside....with plenty of footpaths in all directions taking you to the canal and beyond to little villages and hamlets..... Peaceful at night...nice to see the stars and fall asleep listening to owls calling to each other...we woke up to the robins and wrens announcing it was morning. Wifi was excellent and we loved the log burner....better than than the tv! Ideal location for nature lovers and walkers..or a central base for visiting the many interesting NT places and Wiltshire attractions. Although it looked compact on the photos..it was like a tardis and surprisingly bigger than expected.......kitchen was a galley..but very well equipped, we cooked full English every morning with no problems and made fresh scones twice..... We would place this cottage in our top 5 cottages to revisit!

A lovely little cottage, the log fire is perfect for chilly evenings and the host on hand for anything but don't pester you.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Brewhouse. The cottage had all the amenities we needed, with an added bonus of some home made cake which was lovely! The owners were friendly and helpful and the location was beautiful.
