The Heights is perfect for a large family, two families or friends looking for a break away right across the road from the beach. Split cross two floors with two double bedrooms on the first floor, one with en-suite, and a family bathroom with bath and shower. On the second floor there are two further bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and the other a double bed, plus an additional shower room. The open-plan kitchen and dining room is perfect for enjoying an evening meal altogether and taking in the view from the kitchen window across to the sea whilst preparing your meal. The large living room has a sofa bed, Sky TV and again beautiful views from the large window - a perfect place to relax after a day on the beach and swimming in the sea.
East Preston has all you need to enjoy an evening out without having to travel far, from fish and chips, Chinese and Indian, to pubs and cafés. There are also a couple of places for dining by the sea as well. At low tide, the beach offers a huge expanse of sand and is dog-friendly all year round. Just a 30-minute walk along the beach will take you to the town of Littlehampton, and also a 30-minute walk from the property is the train station with routes to London and Brighton.
There is so much to explore just a short drive away including Goodwood, famous for the Festival of Speed and The Revival, horse racing at Fontwell Park, and beautiful walks and mountain bike trails at the South Downs National Park. The historic town of Arundel is not to be missed, home to the stunning castle and gardens. Petworth House, Sheffield Park and Gardens, Standen House and Gardens, Woolbeding and Wakehurst are also worth a visit.
