My reaction on walking into the Little House was " Wow!!" It was superb, a bottle of wine and some crisps had been left for us. It was immaculate, quirky and very comfortable. It had everything you could want and with restaurants only a few minutes walk plus a couple of convenience stores, the town was only 15 min walk to centre. We had a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend this place for 2 persons.

Ideally positioned for walking into York. Everything you could need available even before you reach the city walls.

This is a little house, and a gem of a little house. Everything you need is there, and the accommodation has been very cleverly designed with the small space available (and the space is small). The house is stylish and we very much enjoyed our stay. Being on the celebrated Bishy Road is a big plus - there are lots of shops and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away - and it is an easy walk into the centre of town. We would certainly return.

It's a lovely place to stay and it's easy to walk into York. My only other comment is that it would have been helpful to have instructions for appliances. There may have been some but I couldn't find them.

Lovely house wuth a very high standard of finush and equipment. It is well named, very small so wouldnt suit anyone larger/taller than average. My only suggestiom for improvement us the futon used as a sofa. Very uncomfotable to sit on so an evening watching the tv was not a comfortable experience. Everything else was first class.

This is a very attractive conversion. The location is perfect, and there was everything we needed, and more. As well as exploring York, we visited Castle Howard and Fountains Abbey, excellent days out. Had lovely meals too, locally at the Angel on the Green and at the pubs in town, especially the Eagle and child. A great holiday.
