Guests can even borrow bikes from the garden shed to explore the surrounding countryside at their own pace.
Just a short stroll away is the Ocean Walker Academy swimming lake, perfect for those who enjoy open-water swimming in a tranquil setting. Despite the wonderfully secluded feel, the cottage is only a 20-minute drive from the historic cathedral city of Lincoln. Here you’ll find the magnificent Lincoln Cathedral towering above the city, along with the historic Lincoln Castle, charming cobbled streets, independent shops, cafés and excellent restaurants. Whether you’re interested in history, culture or simply browsing local markets and boutiques, Lincoln makes for a wonderful day out.
Back at the cottage, you’ll find a spacious yet cosy home designed for relaxed country living. The house sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms: two large king-size rooms and one twin room. Downstairs there is a comfortable living room with a wood-burning stove, a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances including an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer. A separate laundry room includes a washer and dryer.
Large windows throughout the house offer beautiful views of the surrounding farm and woodland. Outside, the generous garden provides plenty of space to relax or play, with a climbing frame, trampoline, patio seating and a fire-pit for evenings under the stars.
